Matte auf Teppich — geht das, oder rutscht das nur?

Mein einziger Platz mit genug Fläche ist Teppichboden. Bisher rutscht die Matte bei allem, was seitlich geht.

Hat jemand das gelöst, ohne extra Möbel zu rücken?

    A thin yoga towel under the mat solved it for me — the kind with the rubber dots. Cheaper than a new mat and it fits in a drawer.
