About me

Aloha! I am Lena — yoga teacher (500h RYT), at home on Maui for four years now, in Pukalani on the slope of Haleakalā.

What began as a sunrise ritual with two friends is this community today: short morning flows, honest check-ins, and one retreat on the beach every year.

Where I stand: flexibility is not an achievement. Five honest minutes in the morning beat the perfect pose.
